Appearance Made from Raw milk, its soft, straw-colored paste exudes a penetrating bouquet that is barely contained by its velvety white rind.

Taste & Texture Brie has a milky, rich taste underlined by sweet and buttery flavors of mushrooms, truffles and almonds.

  • Allow the cheese to come to room temperature before serving. It should take around an hour. Slice and arrange your cheese clockwise from mild to strong. Garnish with fruit, nuts and sliced baguette.
