Camembert de Normandie

  • 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup Camembert, chopped

 

Directions:

Place the watermelon in a large bowl. Add the thyme, oil, paprika, pepper, and Camembert and toss very gently to combine. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1 soft cheese
  • 1 semi-soft cheese
  • 1 hard cheese
  • 1 blue cheese

Directions:

  • Allow the cheese to come to room temperature before serving. It should take around an hour. Slice and arrange your cheese clockwise from mild to strong. Garnish with fruit, nuts and sliced baguette.

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 ounces Camembert cheese with rind, cubed
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces bacon, diced

  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread (or the bread of your choice)
