Selles-Sur-Cher

selles-sur-cher

An ash-coated goat cheese, Sells-Sur-Cher has an elastic, nutty pâté that melts in ones mouth with a lactic, tangy aftertaste. Like many goat cheeses Sells-Sur-Cher pairs well with a dry white wine.
