- 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup Camembert, chopped
Directions:
Place the watermelon in a large bowl. Add the thyme, oil, paprika, pepper, and Camembert and toss very gently to combine. Serve immediately.
